Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are managed by Pure Theorie and Pure App Group (trading as EJDEE BV), which is responsible for the development and management of the apps “CBR Car Practice Tests” and “CBR Motorcycle Practice Tests” listed in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.! By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
Subscription and Payments
By subscribing through “CBR Car Practice Tests” and/or “CBR Motorcycle Practice Tests,” you agree to pay the stated subscription fee at the frequency you have chosen (e.g., monthly or quarterly). Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel it. The monthly plan does not include a trial period; the three-month plan includes a 3-day trial period. Payment is processed through your app store account or via Stripe (web).
3-day trial for the 3-month plan:
When you choose the 3-day trial, you’ll get free access to all the app’s premium features for 3 days. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and convert to a paid subscription, unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You can cancel the trial at any time within the first 3 days to prevent automatic renewal through your app store settings. Each user can take advantage of the 3-day trial period only once.
Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
User Conduct
You must use the app in a responsible and appropriate manner. It is prohibited to use the app for illegal or inappropriate purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to the app in the event of misuse.
Liability
Although we do our best to ensure the app functions properly, we cannot be held liable for any errors, malfunctions, or temporary unavailability of the app. The app is provided “as is,” without any warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. By continuing to use the app after changes have been made, you agree to the updated terms and conditions.
